So I had my one full day in Toronto planned out. Top of CN Tower, St. Lawrence Market, Royal Ontario Museum and Ripley’s aquarium.
The top of CN Tower was hidden in clouds so that would have been no fun. St. Lawrence Market is apparently closed on Sundays and turns out I didn’t really want another museum today. So Ripley’s aquarium it was for a couple of hours. And here’s a bad picture of jellyfish. (My camera didn’t like the lights in the jellyfish section.)
At those jellyfish was a little girl with her mother. The girl was telling her mother that the jellyfish were scaring her. Her mother said they were behind glass and couldn’t come out, she could touch the glass. The little girl didn’t want to try that, so her mother asks is she should try touching the glass first. This idea seemed really great to the girl and as her mother turns to the jellyfish, the girl shouts “I’ll touch them first” and runs straight into the glass. She didn’t get hurt, so it’s okay that I found it funny.
Next two weeks I’ll be staying a bit outside Toronto, no idea how much I’ll see or do that’s worth posting about, not that this need stop me.
jellfish are nice and the little girl is a hoot, lol, kids are weird 😀
go do the nature thing, skip culture for a bit, it’s overrated anyways 😉
